We understand that plans can change. Here’s our cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellation by Client

If you cancel more than 15 days before the event, 75% of the advance payment will be refunded.

If you cancel between 7 to 14 days before the event, 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.

If you cancel less than 7 days before the event, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation by Munchkin Entertainment

If we cancel the booking due to any reason from our end, 100% of all payments made will be refunded.

Non-Refundable Elements

Any charges already paid to third-party vendors (like venue bookings, artist fees, etc.) are non-refundable once confirmed.

Refund Processing

All eligible refunds will be processed within 10 days.
