Decor & Equipment Delivery

All decor elements, props, and equipment will be delivered and installed at the event venue by our team.

Timing for delivery and setup will be coordinated with you based on the event schedule.

Event Day Setup

Our team arrives 2–4 hours before the event (based on scale) for setup.

We ensure timely execution and teardown post-event.

Client Cooperation

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the venue is accessible and ready for installation.

Any delay in access to the venue may impact the overall execution.
