By booking our services or accessing our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


Booking & Payment

A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

Full payment must be cleared at least 3 days before the event date.

Delay in payments may result in cancellation of services without refund.

Customization & Finalization

Any customization requests must be shared at least 7 days prior to the event.

Final event details (theme, decor, guest list, etc.) must be confirmed at least 5 days before the event.

Client Responsibilities

Client must ensure venue access and necessary permissions for set-up.

Any government permissions, licenses, or extra fees required for the venue/event are the client’s responsibility.

Liability

Munchkin Entertainment is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure situations.

We are not liable for any injury or loss during the event due to third-party vendors or unforeseen circumstances.
